With today being 9-11 Hannah could wear red/white/blue clothes today. I tried to explain to her what happen 7 yrs ago. You just never know how much kids understand! We also had some concrete work done today. All the city of Waukee residents had to replace their sidewalks if they were cracked or settled too much. We had three sections to replace! UGH!! We also decided to redo the landing of our front step. Whether you used all the concrete that the truck brought, you were charged the same amount for the truck rolling out! Of course it had to rain tonight. So hopefully it sets up OK!!
As you can see the girls were intrigued with the cement work. Of course Abby was down. The last picture is priceless, one coworker sitting and smoking as the others are working!!

That's how it looks all around here. With all the construction. There is ALWAYS 1 guy in the hole and 2-3 guys standing around telling that 1 guy what to do. Crazy! Your girls are so beautiful! I love their blonde hair and that they wore red white and blue! What a day!
