Porter's 1st Birthday Party

We celebrated Porter's 1st Birthday last night. Porter got some really nice new clothes and some new toys. I think Stella and Haydn opened most of his gifts for him, but a 1 yr old doesn't really care!! Stella and Porter have a new swing set and Kayren set up their swimming pool! Was a beautiful day yesterday to be outside.

Haleigh's Birthday Party

Hannah went to a preschool friends 5th b-day party on Saturday morning. I guess you can call it a princess party. They got pedicures, manicures and up dos. Hannah was in HEAVEN!! There were a total of 8 little girls. They went to IA School of Beauty. I bet there were 40 chairs in there. They were fairly busy yesterday with a wedding party, this b-day party and just regular customers. Each of the girls looked beautiful! You could tell that each one of them was having the time of their lives as they were getting pampered!!

Hannah's last day of preschool

Hannah's last day of school was today. They met at Happy Time for about 30 min and then we went to the park to play. Actually the YMCA had their class there too, so was a busy place! HTP (Happy Time Preschool) had snack at the park and then we went back to HTP to finish up the day.

There were 5 of us moms that then went out for lunch together. We had 8 girls and 1 little brother all 5 and under! The waitress that waited on us, today was her second day! Feel sorry for her!! It was a great way to end the school year. We have promised to stay in touch and meet up at parks this summer for the girls to play. Hannah has made some REALLY good friends from HTP.

New Shades

The girls got mail today! YEAH!! Aunt Anna Leigh sent them flamingo sunglasses!! Haydn LOVES hers. She has already broke two pair so we will see how long these last.

Mother's Day 2008

Happy Mother's Day to all you moms!!

We have had a fun/busy weekend! We bought flowers yesterday and planted them them today. Been to Southridge, Kohl's, Target, Wal-Mart, Hy-Vee, Dairy Queen!! Some where all of us, and others was just me alone!! YEAH!!

Hannah and I went on a walk today while Haydn was napping. Then when Haydn woke up the two of us went to Dairy Queen together. Hannah didn't want to go for some reason, so it worked out that I got to spend time with each of them alone too!!

We tried to get a picture of the three of us, but Wes took I bet close to 10, one of them was always looking away or had a funny face, so we got what we got!!

Beautiful day

What a beautiful day to be outside today. Now with the warmer weather we are outside as much as possible and when it is time to come inside they fight with all their might!! Wasn't hot, just right!!

The girls found Wes's swimming trunks and put them on! One in each leg!!

Hannah's new goggles

Hannah got pink goggles from Grandma Marcia over the weekend. She has been wanting to go swimming of course to try them out. Well her bath tonight is the closest she will get for awhile. She has her "cheesy" smile of course and looks like she is going to take a "dive". Funny, for I didn't tell her to pose like that!

Kayren and I did well at the garage sale yesterday and today! Rainy towards the end of yesterday and FREEZING today, but those die hard garage salers come out in any weather.

Haydn's Birthday part 2

I got my camera back today, so can post pictures from Haydn and Eliott's combined party. She got a lot of great gifts once again!!

Getting geared up for the city wide garage sales tomorrow in Waukee. Kayren and I started last night laying out clothes. BOY, we have A LOT!! Hope the weather is good.
