Stella and Haydn's Birthday Party
Stella and Haydn celebrated their birthday last night together. We sang Happy Birthday to them separately, Haydn was so excited to blow out her candles that we had to relight them for her once. They got some great gifts and had a wonderful time together. They are both very loved little girls by many!

Science Center
The girls and I headed downtown this morning to the Science Center. I have never been to the "new" one which has probably been here for 4-5 yrs or so! It was a lot of fun. Tons and tons of things to do. Both girls made rockets and then was able to launch them. That was both girls favorite part. Next time we will have to make it to a show. There is also an IMAX Theater that would be fun to take part in. We saw Beth (the girls old babysitter) it was great to see her and her two oldest kids. We would of stayed longer but I was getting hungry for lunch. A fun way to spend the morning! Thanks for letting us borrow your pass Kayren.

snow is gone, bring on the warmer weather
Our snow is FINALLY gone! Hip Hip Hooray!! Now if it would warm up I would be a happy camper! Thursday is to be 60! YEA!! Yesterday we went and bought Hannah a new bike a bigger one. Her current one would of worked for this spring/summer but Haydn needs one so instead of buying Haydn a new one the same size of Hannah's we got Hannah a bigger one. It is part of her b-day present from Nana and Papa. She picked it out. So even though it was in the middle 40's yesterday when we got home, I knew the girls would want to be outside. Wes got the training wheels back on for Haydn. She is having troubles learning to use the brakes but is loving being a big girl!!

We headed up to Minnesota Friday after Wes got off work.Steve and Marcia went along too. They actually went up on Thursday. Grandma Marcia gave the girls American Girl dolls for Christmas. They have been saving their money they got from x-mas to go shopping. It was a fun day. There is a restaurant and doll salon in the store. The store is two levels. So a little girls dream come true! Both girls purchased two outfits with their own money and Grandma did buy them each something for their doll and each got a top for themselves and matching for their dolls. That is one of the big things, the mommy and doll can have matching outfits! Lunch was fun, they have little highchairs that hook onto the table so the dolls sit right there with you. They also get their own menu (dolls). The child orders something for their doll. The menus have real food items on them but the waitress's do bring out a cinnamon muffin for the doll. The girls also got a choice of cookie or ice cream for dessert and the dolls got dessert too, it was whip topping with sprinkles. It was a lot of fun shopping with the girls and eating lunch with them and Marcia. The store is huge so it has to be REALLY big to the girls. Hannah was going from outfit to outfit. I told her to pick three of her favorites and then she narrowed it down to the two.
We also hit up the water park. We actually went there 3 times. After being at the water park on Saturday and hitting the AGD store, and they also rode some rides in the mall. The slept very well Saturday night. They didn't wake up until after 8:00AM on Sunday morning! Wes and I got to go to Geoff's restaurant Saturday night while Marcia stayed with the girls. We didn't even leave the hotel until 9:30 Saturday night. As we were driving there, I was telling Wes that I have never left the house that late, especially to eat supper. We had a late lunch at the mall so neither one of us were really hungry but Geoff made us calamari (squid) appetizers. They were breaded like an onion ring. They actually tasted good, alittle chewy but good. We ordered a sandwich and shared it, also it came with sweet potato fries, those were AWESOME!! Then we shared (or I ate most) carrot cake. It was SO moist! It is all about the presentation of the food also. We got to go back into the kitchen meet some of his friends. It was a really fun night! We got the royal treatment!
Yesterday, we got up hit the waterpark one last time, Geoff, Jackie (girlfriend), one of Geoff's friend that also works at the restaurant and his two daughters came to the park. We didn't leave the park until 4:30 yesterday afternoon, so it was later when we got home last night. Both girls did sleep quite a bit of the ride home!!
