we have moved....

I have been wanting to make this post for close to two weeks now.  Time is slipping away from me.  I will try and go back and catch you all up.  We had talked about selling our house for a year or so but that is all the further we ever got, just talked.  Well in February we actually went and looked at houses. We found one we really liked in Grimes. The problem was we hadn't put ours on the market.  Put it on the market on Monday and it sold on Thursday.  WOW!!   Didn't expect it to sell SO fast!!  We made the offer on the house in Grimes and got that as well. I guess it was meant to be, right?!  We officially moved to Grimes April 20th.  The family had moved out so mom and I were able to get into the house on Wednesday to paint the girls bedrooms, bathroom and laundry room.  We are slowly getting settled in. We lived at Waukee Ave for 10 yrs. Brought home two babies so we had a lot to move/get rid of. We are loving our extra space and I will post some pictures as soon as I get them taken.  I am busy driving the girls to school/picking them up (with only a month left of school I didn't want to uproot them). Working at the YMCA 3 days a week and to top it off the girls have started softball in Waukee. So right now we are in Waukee more than Grimes but are LOVING our extra space.
