fudge balls
This weekend was Covered Bridge Days. Today we headed down to Winterset to walk around the square for awhile.The girls didn't even want to watch the parade. They just wanted to get out to Great Grandpa's to collect "fudge balls" is what Haydn calls them .....aka hedge balls. The girls enjoyed riding in the mule as well.

So funny that Munchkin calls them fudge balls! I totally love hedge balls. Guess the color is what really attracts me to them. But also the texture. You have alot picked! What are you going to do with them? Know they had fun at the farm and know that Jim enjoys having them down. What a beautiful day to be out!
If you have any extra "fudge balls" left---let me know! I'd love to take some off your hands!! :) I was trying to find them in our 'hood the other day, I kept finding them but always with a chunk missing out of them! And jealous they got to ride in a Mule! I just found out what those were last week while watching The Little People (I've never seen that show before last week!) Looks like a fun day! :)
It was a perfect weekend to be outside! Looks like the girls had a lot of fun collecting the 'fudge balls'!
